The jealous Piers Morgan recently appeared on ‘The Talk’ with his long-time friend and co. host Sharon Osbourne. Kelly Osbourne was filling in as well after being kicked off ‘Fashion Police’. On ‘The Talk’ Piers Morgan attacked Madonna over her women’s rights comments.
Piers Morgan did his speech in such a nasty way, to make sure the other co. hosts could not interrupt him, by speaking so loud during his lengthy attacking rant.
On ‘The Talk’ Piers Morgan made these comments:
“Madonna is talking about an industry of entertainment where the top five money-earners in the world right now – Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and Rihanna and herself, 5 women!
Do not have the gall or the effrontery [Madonna] to try and position yourself as a spoiled very wealthy woman in this world, enjoying life, with the struggle for real problem and rights that I think gays and African-Americans still have in this country. That is an insult.”
If we’re discussing just America then Piers Morgan has a valid point…but worldwide, especially near Africa or Asia. Then Madonna’s women’s rights comments are politically correct.
Madonna recently said on women’s rights:
“Gay rights are way more advanced than women’s rights. People are a lot more open-minded to the gay community than they are to women, period.
It’s moved along for the gay community, for the African-American community, but women are still just trading on their ass. To me, the last great frontier is women.”
Do you agree with any of Piers Morgan’s attacking comments towards Madonna?
