WWE Network is banning the use of more than one device and WWE fans are having meltdowns!
The WWE Network has decided to change things up since they’ve got over a million subscribers and have hit targets time after time. The new rules coming into play will only allow one account to view the WWE Network, on one device at any given time.
Currently there is no option to have more than one device, by purchasing an upgraded subscription.
Netflix allows the use of 4 or more devices, depending on what subscription model is purchased.
There is a high chance that many people will end up canceling their subscription over the scandal. It isn’t like the WWE Network is anything remotely like the near 100 million subscriber base that Netflix has.
You can’t even watch the flagship programs like Monday Night Raw on the WWE Network. It is basically an archive of past content with a few new shows thrown into the mix, to keep it fresh.
The current WWE flagship show Raw has been suffering in the ratings as more and more people lose interest. There have been tons of comments about storylines ending without being finished and characters that are shoved down the viewers’ throat, even though the backlash and ratings tell a different story.
Will the WWE Network upgrade the subscription model to allow extra subscriptions? The answer is yes, as there is a huge demand for this nowadays.
WWE Payback airs live on the WWE Network this Sunday night.
